We were retained by the client to modernize the look and function of their existing house at Copake Lake. We achieved this by removing the entire second floor. We rebuilt and expanded the footprint of the building which added an office, two additional bedrooms, and a bathroom. In addition, we reconfigured the primary bedroom and bathroom. The exterior is wrapped in black hardboard siding to contrast the stained cedar plank v-groove siding and soffits.
