The Icehouse project draws inspiration from the historic icehouse structure previously on-site. This structure burnt down many decades ago. The modern and subdued exterior blends with the surrounding wooded area. The interior's 10,000 square feet provide space for the client's storage of their vehicles and equipment. This structure also incorporates a shop dedicated to the maintenance of their vast collection of endurance motocross bikes and a lounge space that displays their trophy bikes and other race memorabilia.
